1860-1870 –Traditional timber frame completed to house only. Human dwelling.
1900-1910 - Traditional timber frame converted strictly to agricultural use.
1910-2008 - More changes to frame to accommodate equipment storage.
2008-2013 –Frame dismantled and restored for the Historical Society of Northern German Settlements in Western New York.
