• Site analysis comes after the building and site documentation.

• This documentation enables site analysis. The planning of the building location – current and future. For example, the building should look upon the most beautiful view of the site, and not be in the most beautiful view of the site.

• This also allows the planning of utilities, septic, grading, driveways and landscape finish.
